Dating back to the 700s A.D., Zen gardens have their roots in ancient Buddhist religion and Japanese culture. Zen gardens provide a sense of calm in an otherwise stressful environment, and college is no exception. Students will have the opportunity to create their own Zen gardens to keep in their residence halls or office spaces to promote relaxation and serenity.
This event is open to all students who are enrolled in the UNH COVID-19 testing protocol. You will be asked for your valid Wildcat Pass as well as your registration at the door.
